New client policy
New colour clients are required to Consult with a stylist 24 hours before their scheduled appointment either over the phone or in person. If we are unable to adequately consult by phone new guests will be required to attend an in person consultation.
Confirmation policy
We require an appointment confirmation either by phone or by responding to our automatic confirmation emails 24 hours in advance to hold your appointment time. Any unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled without notice if we receive no response.
Long appointment deposit
All appointments exceeding 3 hours require a non refundable $50 long appointment deposit to reserve your spot payable in salon or by email transfer. After the completion of your service your $50 deposit will be applied to your final bill. In the event that a guest no-shows their appointment or cancels without adequate notice as per our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to keep the long appointment deposit as compensation for our time lost.
Extensions booking policy
A complimentary consultation is required before booking a hair extension appointment where the stylist will determine the length and thickness required for your service. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your total at checkout. We 100% guarantee our extension services for 2 weeks if you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your hair extension service, please let us know within 2 weeks of your appointment.
Cancellation policy
Our time is valuable to us; we ask that you provide us with notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before your appointment. As a courtesy, please remember to call or e-mail the salon as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we will re-book it for you. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 35% upon their next visit without exception. In the event of a no show you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price upon your next visit and a deposit will be required for any other bookings.
No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds on completed services. Our services are performed with utmost care and precision, and any dissatisfaction will be addressed through consultation and adjustment, as necessary.
